Who decides what the access to my property is like? You have to decide how easy the loading of the furniture lorry will be at your collection property. We finalise this decision on the telephone before booking so there won't be any surprise hikes in the rate later. What would be considered 'Good' Access? What would be considered 'Bad' Access? What difference will choosing either option make? Choosing 'Bad' access will increase the collection price but will not alter the cost of the storage unit.
