About the Business

We began from an office in Newmarket & units in the Cambridge area for our storage in 1992. We have seen a lot of changes since then but have stuck by our ethos of putting customer satisfaction first. We have always been focused on providing first rate customer service and making it easy for customers to get in touch with knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff members to discuss their requirements.

Over the nearly 25 years we have been in business we have built up a base of experience that we feel helps us provide the right level of service for all our clients.

Over this time we have seen many changes such as the huge increase in the requirement for our confidential waste collection service, as businesses have realised the importance of protecting their data at all times & the increased electronic capabilities of tracing the movements of files & records through bar code scanning.

Document Retrieval

Document Retrieval

We know that when you want your documents, you want them quickly. Whether you need individual files or whole boxes, we pride ourselves on providing a prompt document retrieval service and guarantee a convenient delivery time that fits your schedule. We generally get in touch before delivery to give you an estimated time that the items will be arriving and if you need to know an ETA we will ensure we ring ahead to fit in with your movements and appointments wherever possible. We understand and care that a file delivered at 3pm is no good if your appointment or meeting was at 1pm.

We recommend assigning document retrievals to one or two contacts in your company - ultimately, it helps you to keep track of who's requested what and when! And if you have concerns about confidentiality, we're happy to use a password system to ensure that only your designated staff members can request retrieval of your files and documents.

Document Storage

Once you've set up your account with us, just sit back and relax. We'll collect, store, retrieve and dispose of your archives and documents – just tell us what you need. And after the initial set up fee, we won't charge you another penny for collection - and there's no minimum requirement for our document storage facility: we'll collect 1 box or 1000 boxes, according to your needs. Each box is labelled with a bar code, your unique customer code and box number, to maintain confidentiality, and assigned a unique shelf position in our secured warehouse. We use the industry - leading Oneil bar coding system to scan, monitor and track your archives, and we can check all file and box movement history through this system.
